Every product The 800 Club sells online is a digital good or a service: e-books delivered to your inbox, community membership, and educational sessions. Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” so all sales are final. We’d rather you buy once, with clear eyes, than buy twice with regret — which is why we give you real ways to evaluate before you spend a dollar: free tools on this site, a free preview of our books, and a community you can look at before you join.
Our e-books (including The Basics, The Builder, and any bundle of them) are premium PDF files delivered by email after purchase. Because delivery is immediate and irrevocable — the file is yours the moment it arrives — purchases of digital products are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable once delivery has occurred.
Bonus items included free with a purchase (such as The Shield) have no cash value and are not refundable separately or together with the paid product.

“All sales are final” is not a place to hide. We will always resolve the following, promptly and without argument:

Community membership is billed through our community platform on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future billing — you keep access through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the unused remainder of a billing cycle already charged.
Paid consultations and advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. A session that has been delivered is non-refundable — you are paying for professional time and preparation, which cannot be returned. Service engagements governed by their own written agreement follow the refund terms of that agreement, including any cancellation rights stated in it.
If something is wrong, come to us first — nearly every issue in Section 3 is resolved within one to two business days, faster than any dispute process. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support, on orders our records show were delivered, will be contested with evidence of purchase and delivery.

This Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, governs all purchases made through The 800 Club’s website and checkout links. We may update it from time to time; the version posted here applies to purchases made after its effective date.
